To access the specific business page, click on the "Shop Local" option from the left side of the menu.

In the email you received from neighbZ, you will see an “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the page.

By clicking this button, you can unsubscribe from email notifications from neighbZ.

If you have your own business, you should first create a user account. Then, you can add your business or claim it through this account.

1.Featured listing:- In this category, all the verified and claimed businesses are listed. All the details provided here are accurate and verified by our team. Paid businesses are shown under this category, where the owners have purchased a subscription.

2.Non-featured listing:- In this category, non-verified businesses are listed. The information provided for the businesses in this category has not been verified by our team. We have gathered the information from social media platforms and official websites. If you find any discrepancies, you can report inaccuracies for any business under the non-featured listing.

Yes, you can use our Silver subscription as a free trial for as long as you like. After that, if you want to take advantage of our premium features, you can upgrade to our paid subscriptions like Gold and Platinum, which offer full access to all features.

You need to cancel your subscription within 30 days from the start date to be eligible for a refund. 

If you cancel after 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

That is a great question. neighbZ chooses not to allow quick signup using your existing social media sites because we believe in total privacy and exclusion. If we placed quick signup options from other social media platforms, they would then have your information from neighbZ, and we would have your information from your other social platforms. We want you to have a fresh start in social media and not be connected to your past social experiences.
